Shipping

Processing times

Orders ship within 5 business days. Print-on-demand T-shirts take about 10 days before shipping. Pre-orders and collectibles follow the timeframe shown on their product page.

Carriers

Delivery to mainland France and the other countries offered at checkout, by Colissimo, Chronopost or Shop2Shop pickup point depending on the destination. We do not ship to the French overseas territories (DOM-TOM). All parcels are tracked and insured; a tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships.

Packaging

  • Art prints: shipped in a hexagonal tube, with hanging bars included where ordered.
  • Fine Art prints: double packaging, a rigid round tube slipped inside a second square tube that keeps it from rolling and absorbs knocks.
  • Works with a wooden frame: delivered already framed, ready to hang, in a box.
  • Collectibles (guitars, arcade cabinets, box sets…): packaging suited to each piece.

Shipping costs

Costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. Free shipping from €150 within mainland France, excluding collectibles, whose shipping costs are shown at checkout. Guitars and arcade cabinets ship within France at a flat rate: €170 for a guitar and €400 for an arcade cabinet. For a guitar or arcade cabinet shipped outside France, contact us: shipping is quoted on request.

Damaged or incomplete delivery

If the parcel looks damaged, make specific reservations with the carrier (or refuse it), photograph it and let us know within 48 hours at contact@vortex-corner.com. This helps the carrier handle the claim, without affecting your legal guarantees.

Returns and refunds

Right of withdrawal: 14 days

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without giving any reason, numbered editions included. Let us know by email at contact@vortex-corner.com, quoting your order number (or use the model withdrawal form annexed to the Terms of sale).

Returning a product

  • Send the product back no later than 14 days after informing us, to: A3Prod Logistique — Retours Vortex Corner, 8 rue des Compagnons, 14000 Caen, France.
  • Works must come back in their original packaging (tube, or the original box with its frame for a work ordered framed), without folds, marks or damage, together with their certificate where applicable.
  • Apparel must be unworn, unwashed and with its labels.
  • Return shipping costs are at your expense. For a guitar or an arcade cabinet, which cannot normally be returned by post, the return cost is estimated at about €170 (guitar) and €400 (arcade cabinet) from mainland France.

Refund

We refund all sums paid, including the initial delivery costs (except any supplement for a delivery method more expensive than standard delivery), no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal. The refund may be withheld until we receive the product or proof that it has been sent. It is made using the payment method used for the order.

Exceptions

The following can be neither returned nor exchanged, unless faulty on arrival: prints dedicated to your name, prints made in a custom size and, more generally, any made-to-order work produced on quotation.

Size exchange (apparel)

An apparel item may be exchanged for another size within 14 days of receipt, provided it has not been worn or washed, subject to availability. Shipping costs for the exchange are at your expense.

Faulty or damaged product

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. Contact us with photos: if the product is faulty, return costs are covered by us.
